A. Reptile City is a family owned business. We have been in business for over 30 years with as many as four stores. Our business has taken a 90 degree turn thanks to e-commerce shopping. Our goal is to take the search out of shopping for a new family pet. We work very close with the largest companies in the pet industry.
Q. Where do you get your animals?
A. Hundreds of private breeder are our distributors. We provide you with real time inventories of many lists.
Q. How do you ship live animals?
A. Most reptiles in your local pet store were probably shipped from a distributor. These companies pack snakes and lizards in pillow case type bags, and spiders and other small herps in butter cups w/holes. Heat or ice packs are use to control the temperature and ensure live arrival. The orders are then put in a styrofoam box and shipped to the nearest airport via Delta Dash or the quickest way possible. We package your pet using the same method and ship via UPS, FedEx, Airborne, or the most cost effective and safe way.
Q. How is my order processed?

A. Yes, Reptile City will back any animal we sell for 3 days.

Q: Is everything listed in Stock?A: Yes, once an order is placed, then we verify availability of the items. (98% of what's listed is in stock) If you order an item that is not currently available, you will be informed. If we can not fill your order within 5 to 7 days, your order will be placed on backorder.
