Hello and wow!!
I found your web site a few days ago while searching for dwarf fishers chameleons and pigmy's, I must say how impressed I was as I spent time going through the site and taking it in, I am in England and have visited many sites but yours is second to none.
Do you ship to the UK, if so will they be delivered to my door or will I have to collect I.e., local airport.
Would the shipping cost be different than stated, I am also concerned about the animals being shipped this far, will they need special considerations, could you help with any more info that I would need.
Oh sorry, my name is jacquie and I am very pleased to have found your site,
Thank you for your time

I just want to congratulate you on your business very well done. It is good to see a black man succeeding in life and taking care of his children. Can I just start by saying your site is very resourceful. I love the pictures and the care tips. I have so many of my friends are going to love you and this business that you have put together.
Can I just start by saying I am going to bring you a whole lot of business. Also on a side note I wrote to you about emerald swift lizards and pink bellied swift lizards. I wanted to know can I mix a water dragon with the two reptiles or is this not safe? I am asking because I would like diversity in my tank or compatible animals that I can put together that will be interesting.
Excellent Customer Service
Thank you so much for your quick response to my email last night. It is a pleasure to know there is some excellent customer service still out there:) Thank you very much. I have been tracking the turtles and they are on their way to the house. I will drop you an email when they get here. Again, thank you...

"Tired of playing Hurricane" words from my 7 year old little girl.
Hurricane Wilma lasted only a few hours yet the storm did major damage to just about all of South Florida. Here in Port St. Lucie we were without power for about 8 days. The power is back on now and things seem to be getting back to normal. We do have a lot of new animals in stock which; we would like to sell as quickly as possible.
How funny life is, when one is trying to help other families/businesses during a crisis only to find themselves in the same situation a few months later? Thank you to all the customers which, sent e-mails or called during the power outage. We can not post all of the e-mails but we would like to say, THANK YOU!

Hello Felton and Nina,
I hope this finds you well and you did not suffer too much damage with Wilma.
I saw on your site that you had two Sudan Plated Lizards for delivery. I will take those instead of the Yellow-striped plated lizards. If you have already acquired the yellow-stripeds go ahead and send those. Either is fine with me.
One note: it is now down into the 30's at night here so I suppose heat packs will be necessary.
Be sure to put my name on the label, i.e.;

I've been thinking about you since Wilma went through. How are
you guys? Did you suffer much damage? If I was in FL I would come down and help clean up. I hope all is well and everyone is OK.
Let me know when you have some time to talk.

Hurricane Katrina – The Effects on Turtle Farmers and Reptile Small Businesses
Everyone will feel the aftermath of this national disaster for many years. The Turtle Farmers, Cricket Farmers and Reptile Brokers from those regions lives have been totally turned upside down. These business owners have thousands of live animals and supplies, which must be moved or sold. Reptile City has several vendors, which we use from those areas and are searching for any way to help.
One vendor in particular is Millbrook Cricket Farm, of Richland, Mississippi. They were without electricly for several days after the storm. After finally contacting them via cell phone Millbrook was still able to ship over 20 thousand crickets to our customers without having any power. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and other reptile companies in that region.
Last year we were effective by hurricanes Jeanne and Francis, so we know the feeling first hand of being in a state of uncertainty. Something so simple as feeding your family of snakes, lizards and frogs will double in cost as fuel prices continue to rise. Not to mention the cost of living is going threw the roof. Our goal is to find away to help these companies/owners move their inventory which, they have in stock.

Hatched Two Headed Turtle – Double Trouble
Two weeks before Hurricane Katrina made landfall myself, wife and kids were traveling back from Texas, after a very tragic event in our lives. Once home, my wife proceeded to check on the turtle eggs due to hatch while we were gone. As she started to remove baby turtles she noticed a very strange looking baby turtle. During a tragic event we were blessed with a little turtle with one big head, one set of eyes, two mouths and two noses. Our kids have named him Double Trouble! We feed each mouth really small Superworms and monitor his behavior every few hours. Double Trouble is very active and seems to be doing fine. As we all watch the events unfolding in the Gulf region, I think we should all count our blessing for the little things we have in life.
P.S. Thanks to all the customers and friends, which have called or sent emails of concern during our family emergency.

Reptile City Replacement Policy
Hi again, I wanted to thank you and compliment you on the quick replacement
of our snake. This new one looks very healthy. He is quite a bit bigger so I
could not tell my son it was the same snake but he understood.
I just wanted to let you know it was appreciated.

Valid Comment From Customer
Hello thanks you for your time. My order number on the receipt e-mail was 4217. Thank you for looking into this. As a rescue, we use the Superworms frequently id go as far as to say daily and need them.
To love an animal is one thing. But to love it enough to realize that you can’t give it what it needs and will give to someone who can is the biggest amount of love known to man kind.
What a shame that we care more for nothing than something.

Very Happy and Satisfied Customer:
Dear Reptile City;
When my pet turtle Titi died, I knew I wanted another friend but was not sure who to trust. After much research on the web I found your site best. There was great information to review and clear description of many choices. It was hard to decide and Felton was very helpful. Sent on Monday 7/18/05, my 2 new Rio Grande friends arrived well packed and safely at lunch time the next day. Taking them out of the box they were both so bright eyed and with beautiful yellow markings. Felton made great selections!! I could see the difference in their personalities as soon as I put them in their new home. One was more curious, and would stop to look at me, the other likes to hide. They are already eating and happily swimming about. I am enjoying their company and wanted to thank you. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!!
Thank you very much;

Thanks, to all the customers of March Madness:
Reptile City Staff would like to say "Thank You!" to all the customers who helped us set a new record of 964 orders in one month!
March Madness was just that; we were simply overwhelmed with the amount of orders that were placed. For the most part, all of the orders were processed on time. However, we would like to apologize to the few customers who placed orders for animals that were not in stock and we had not had a chance to update those items on our website.
New 2005 BABIES have arrived!
Imported Ball Pythons, Baby Savannah Monitors, Baby Iguana's and Nile Monitors are here. These new babies are doing great and are ready for immediate shipping. In addition to all the babies mentioned above, we are the first to have 2005 baby Soft-shells and Southern Painted Turtles in stock.
Thank you for shopping with Reptile City
