Description	:	These lizards are excellent if handled on a regular basis.They are very easy to maintain.They can reach sizes up to 3 foot and usually come from South America. Start with about a 20 gallon tank and go from there. There should be a landscape wihth basking areas and water for for drinking and soaking. Keep the area between 75 and 88 during the day and 65 to 75 at night. Either sunlight or UV light is needed especially for babies. Use a heating pad for constant warmth. Rodents, chicks, canned dog food, some sweet fruits , mealworms, crickets, butterworms and eggs are all good foods
